"We know your COLORFRESH® intensiv is great. We love that it brightens the colour of the concrete, but do you have it without the silky sheen, too?" customers asked us again and again. Until now we always had to say "no", quite frustrating not only for our salespeople, but also for many of our customers and architects we talked to.
So the task for our R&D team was clear: Create a new COLORFRESH® version — keep everything the same, but change the sheen into a wet-look. And “swoosh” only 2 ½ years of tinkering and testing needed to pass by - and the new COLORFRESH® effect is now ready.
What now seems so simple, has been highly demanding in terms of the concrete technology and chemistry, especially under the pretext that all of our products in this product range must be water-based/solvent-free.
But the effort has been more than worthwhile, because the overall performance is even better than expected — as confirmed by our own test results and those of selected pilot customers.
