So you know that it is important to use materials and procedures that are to an extent "forgiving“ in order to achieve best quality concrete every day. HEBAU products are made to perform even if circumstances are not quite perfect, by making the concrete mix easier to handle, to achieve perfect surface quality resluts, or by using protective coatings suitable for early application to keep trouble away.
Surface Enhancing
If you are interested in offering surface design apart from the standard smooth, form-finished or off-board option, we offer two surface enhancing materials:
- for making acid-washed concrete surfaces
- and for making exposed aggregate concrete surfaces.

Concrete with Surface Protection
We supply protective coatings that prevent efflorescense (the whitish calzium carbonate that is often seen on smooth, form-finish or off-board concrete) and help to keep the concrete surface clean (protects against weathering effects, stains, graffiti…), indoors and/or outdoors.
Mould Release Agents
Some underestimate the degree of trouble the „wrong“ mould release agent can make. Take your time testing and focusing on good demoulding performance, best concrete surface skin quality and easy, environmentally safe handling.
