"Hello HEBAU team. The architect wants another sample of concrete for his project. This time he wants it to look even darker in colour. But we have already added the maximum amount of color pigment. Can you help us?” This is how many customers start their inquiries by us. And honestly, who hasn´t already experienced that, too? You have made 10 or even more concrete samples already , with different mix designs and surfaces and so, but the customer, usually represented by his architect, still wants something special here and something different there.
At this point only 2 things can help:
First: Keep calm.
