Top surface application with CSE® Deactivator - This is how it works

Positive (top surface) application with CSE® Deactivator
Pour, finish, spray, wash out... done! Yes, it's that easy! All you need is just 4 steps to create exposed aggregate concrete surfaces.
These few easy steps, as demonstrated by our busy little “HEBAU People“ here, is something you could easily do yourself. With our range of CSE® Deactivators you can obtain a wide variety of exposed aggregate concrete surfaces from micro-exposed texture to coarse exposure depths. Above is a clear explanation of the positive (top surface) application.

The CSE® Deactivator can be applied in two different ways. In the so-called positive (top surface) application, the CSE® Deactivator is sprayed directly onto the concrete surface. If the deactivator is applied to the mould/form before the concrete is cast, then it's called negative (face-down) application. In order to explain the application methods more clearly, we have illustrated the procedure in simple work steps in a new information sheet. The optimized technical data sheet and the product brochure for the CSE® deactivator can be also found in our download center.

We could keep talking about this for a long time, but our film speaks louder than words. Together with international Partners (ObjetBeton - Lebanon and betontech.club - Russia) we made a short film to show how easy it is to work with our CSE® Deactivators and how to obtain stylish results with little effort or expertise.
